PSYCHO-PASS!

Hello beautiful people, happy sunday! Today I bring you an anime that interested me a lot this year and that has left me super intrigued and wanting more.

Is about Psycho-Pass (サ イ コ パ ス) a police anime series set in a future dystopian Japan produced by Production IG. It began airing on the noitaminA block of the Fuji TV television network from October 11, 2012, ending in March 2013. Mitsuhisa Ishikawa, the president and CEO of Production IG, confirmed on the studio panel at the Anime Expo in 2013 that there was a second season of Psycho-Pass in process, which premiered on October 9, 2014.

Five years later, the official website for the Psycho-Pass franchise revealed that the series would receive a third season titled Psycho-Pass 3 in October 2019 that was broadcast through Fuji TV's noitaminA block.

THE ANIME

In the near future, it is possible to instantly measure a person's mental state, personality, and the likelihood of that person going to commit crimes thanks to a psychosomatic scanner that scans the functions of the brain and other biological and chemical functions of the body, determining the "Psycho-Pass". All controlled by the Sibyl System (シ ビ ュ ラ シ ス テ ム Shibyurashisutemu) a private organization that is in charge of the measurement of the Psycho-Pass, as well as the creation and the handling of the “Dominator” weapons.

When this probability, measured as the "Crime Coefficient Index", is too high, it has a very dark color and a very high number, individuals are hunted down and detained with lethal force, if necessary. This task is carried out by a special team of potential criminals called Executors, who are supervised by police officers known as Inspectors.
Thus, the criminal coefficient will imply a predetermination of people's lives: what work they will or will not do, what sentimental relationships they may or may not have, and so on. In this way, an intelligent system will direct the lives of citizens.

As one of the characters in the series, the psychologist Jouji Saiga suggests, from the idea of bureaucracy related to the conception of the state proposed by Max Weber in which there is a predetermined and “rational” division from the organizational point of view of who should perform each of the tasks for the sake of the power structure. An approach that involves in Psycho-Pass a critical political and sociological reflection regarding not only the incidence of technologies in everyday life but also the enormous competitive-cannibal selection process that occurs in Japanese society.
It has three seasons, the first being published in 2012, with a total of 22 episodes of approximately 20 minutes per episode, a second season launched in 2014, with a total of 11 episodes of approximately 20 minutes and a third season launched in 2019 with 8 episodes of approximately 1 hour.
Although in my personal opinion I must say that the second season disappointed me a lot, not only because Urobuchi did not participate in the development of the characters, that I.G. was no longer the production company and that there were only eleven episodes, but that it was limited, often meaningless and rushed. From a macro perspective, I will tell you that the series can entertain, but it is also true that it has been weak and that, if we compare it with its prequel, it is a fact that several people are left with a bittersweet taste in their mouths. (Including me)
As for the third season I have not yet had the pleasure to see it, so I will give you my opinion about it later, but with a preview I realized that they are completely new characters and maybe I can recover a little

DEVELOPING

When creating the Psycho-Pass anime, the chief director Katsuyuki Motohiro wanted the series to counter current anime trends, as a result, the use of the moé element was banned.

Motohiro had been wanting to do an anime again for some time, but he needed a charismatic screenwriter to do it. He then proposed Gen Urobuchi to work together in early 2011.

In the making of the series, Motohiro allowed highly graphic elements even though it could reduce female audience. He acknowledges that the series may be too violent for younger audiences, and commented that he would not like his son to see it because it is psychologically brutal.
FIRST SEASON CHARACTERS

  • Akane Tsunemori:
Inspector recently assigned to Unit 1. Considered an exemplary citizen, she decided to enter the police despite having high qualifications that allow her to enter other areas of public and private companies, because she was the only person who achieved a good score in that area, what led her to believe perhaps there was something that only she could do if she entered the Office of Public Safety.
  • Shinya Kōgami:
Executor of Unit 1 of the Public Security Crime Section and subordinate of Akane. He was previously an inspector and a partner of Ginoza, however after the cruel murder of Sasayama, an executor assigned to his position during the course of an investigation, ended up obsessing over the resolution of the case, rapidly increasing his crime rate to the point that it was demoted to the position of Executor.
  • Nobuchika Ginoza:
A veteran inspector and former Shinya partner, he is in charge of Unit 1 enforcers. Smart and cold he is a staunch believer in the Sibyl system, continually insisting Akane on drawing a clear line between inspectors and enforcers.
  • Tomomi Masaoka:
He is the oldest among all the executors of Unit 1. He is Akane's guide in his learning about the operation of the Public Security Office System. He has a good relationship with Shinya, since they were both inspectors whose crime rates rose to the point of being demoted to the rank of executors.
  • Yayoi Kunizuka:
The only female executor of Unit 1. She is always calm and collected, even in the face of the most brutal crimes. Before being detected as a latent criminal, she was a musician authorized by the Sibyl System, being the guitarist of a band.
  • Shūsei Kagari:
An executor of Unit 1. Kagari had a normal childhood until, at the age of five, he was detected as a latent criminal during the medical examination of the ministry, being taken to the rehabilitation center and then becoming an executor.
  • Shion Karanomori:
An analyst from the Division of the Public Security Office of General Analysis and latent criminal. She provides support to executors and inspectors in their investigation by analyzing the data and the evidence submitted by them.
  • Shogo Makishima:
An old enemy of Shinya and the target of his revenge. The brains behind the many cases that the Public Security Bureau is investigating, including the one that led to downgrading Shinya from inspector to executor. Despite his murders, his ratio has never reached dangerous levels, making the Dominator immune. Makishima does not consider killing to be a bad thing, but is even natural, having no remorse for such actions.
FILMS

In 2015 a delivery called "Gekijouban Psycho-Pass" occurs two years after the second season and the premise is that The Union of Southeast Asian countries decide to implement the Psycho-pass program to reduce crime. At the same time, Inspector Akane Tsunemori, in charge of the Public Security Crime Section, works in a terrorist operation that takes her to Japan. Upon arrival there, Akane discovers that the government is not using the program properly. It lasts 113 min and returns with the development of Gen Urobuchi and the production house Production I.G.
In 2019 it was announced that a trilogy called "Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System" would be released which would follow part of the original story showing three independent stories at different points in the main Psycho-Pass timeline.
  • Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.1 - Tsumi to Bachi: In the winter of 2117, a runaway vehicle collides with the Office of Public Safety Building. The driver is identified as Izumi Yasaka, a psychological counselor at the Shrine, a latent criminal isolation facility in Aomori Prefecture. But just before their interrogation, Enforcer Mika Shimotsuki and Inspector Nobuchika Ginoza are tasked with quickly escorting Yasaka back to Aomori. What awaits you is a false paradise.
  • Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.2 First Guardian: Okinawa, Summer 2112. Teppei Sugo is a pilot who is taking part in a series of military operations belonging to the 15th National Defense Forces Squadron. Three months later, several drones attack the city of Tokyo, thus mobilizing the forces that the country has assigned for its defense. Tomomi Masaoka is in charge of investigating the case, going to the National Forces military base and descovering a complex plot of conspiracy.
  • Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.3 Onshuu no Kanata ni: Shinya Kogami rescues a refugee bus in a South Asian country when he is about to become the target of an armed guerrilla. Among the refugees is a girl named Tenzing, who after having a conversation with Kogami, begins to beg him to make her his apprentice so that she can take revenge on his oppressors. This circumstance leads Kogami to question the type of world in which they live and the options that their inhabitants are considering to obtain a better life.
This year "Psycho-pass: First Inspector" was released and its also from Production I.G. and acts as a sequel to the 2019 anime Psycho-Pass 3. It takes place in Tokyo, 2120. In a society supervised by the Sibyl System, Inspectors Arata Shindo and Kei Mikhail Ignatov fro Unit 1 face each other for truth and justice. Koichi Azusawa, the mastermind behind a series of crimes, sets his sights on them and launches an assault on the Office of Public Safety Building. Unit 1 is in jeopardy like never before, a case that will test Arata and Kei's loyalties.
Do not miss it, it has a lot of action, philosophy, desire for justice and makes you think what this society would be like if we had a program like that of the Sibyl System. Netflix has seasons 1 and 2. However, I will leave the links in mega so that you can download all the seasons and the movies.

Enjoy!

WEEKLY NEWS!

Hello beautiful people, today is Saturday and that means time for some good juicy news!

#1 SpaceX, NASA team up for Historic Launch

NASA astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley are making their 19-hour journey from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida to the International Space Station inside SpaceX's Crew Dragon after NASA and SpaceX teamed up for the first launch of a spacecraft carrying humans into space from U.S. soil since 2011.

The launch was originally scheduled for Wednesday, but lightning and rain led to its postponement. Weather threatened to derail Saturday's launch, as well, but the skies cleared in time. The mission is considered the start of a new era in spaceflight. Not only is it the first launch from U.S. soil in nearly a decade, it's the first time a private company orchestrated a crewed mission to space.

HAMSTERS!

It's Friday folks and time to talk about pets!

The cricetinos are a subfamily of rodents, commonly known as Hamsters. Nineteen current species have been identified, grouped into seven genera. Most are from the Middle East and the southeastern United States. All species are characterized by expandable bags, called pockets, located inside the mouth and ranging from the cheeks to the shoulders. Being very easy to breed in captivity, they are widely used as pets.

CHARACTERISTICS
  • Life expectancy: One and a half to three years, although cases are known in which they have lived up to four years, but it depends on the species.
  • Adult weight: 30-40 gr Russian hamster; 100-180 gr golden hamster.
  • Length: 8-10 cm Russian hamster; 15-18 cm golden hamster.
  • Sexual maturity: They complete it at two and a half months.
  • Enter heat stage: (after two months) every four days.
  • Gestation time: between eighteen and twenty-one days for Russians and fifteen to seventeen days for golden hamsters.
  • Calves per calving: average of seven to eight. Cases of nineteen offspring have been known.
  • Weaning age: between three and four weeks.

DWARF HAMSTER

There are four types of dwarf hamster that are raised as pets:
  1. China Dwarf hamster
  2. The Russian Dwarf Hamster
  3. Campbell's Dwarf Hamster
  4. Roborovski Dwarf hamster
 GOLDEN OR SYRIAN HAMSTER

The best-known hamster is the golden (or Syrian) hamster. The Angora hamster also belongs to the species of golden hamsters, but, contrary to these, it has a long coat.
CARE OF A HAMSTER

They eat daily and their home should be clean with enough water to keep them hydrated. They have to exercise on a daily basis with exits outside the cage and they must have entertainment inside it.

A wheel in the cage helps them exercise every day, you must change the bed of it cage at least every three days to avoid the appearance of germs and bad odors. At least once a year you must clean the cage completely and thoroughly including its accessories, for this, take your Hamster out to play so he can't experience discomfort cleaning.

Change the water daily since if they feel that it is not fresh they will not drink it and they can become dehydrated, also if you do not use a drinking fountain with a spout but instead an open container can easily get dirty by all the movement of the Hamster at night.
FOOD FOR HAMSTER

In pet shops you will find a wide variety of complete hamster food made from different types of grains, petals, dried herbs and fruits, try to have a low proportion of nuts, oily seeds and wheat. In addition to a quality diet, you can bring joy to your little one with snacks such as a piece of pepper or half a slice of cucumber, a small slice of carrot, or a raisin.

These little snacks are irresistible to hamsters and with a little patience, they may even eat from your hand. To satisfy the need for animal protein, you can offer, two or three times a week, a dried cricket, a mealworm or curd.
The hamster as a pet: ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES

Buying a hamster costs very little money, but like dogs and cats they are living things and have needs and requirements. They are not suitable for testing whether children are responsible with pets, as they are very fragile and must be supervised so that they have the best quality time.

Hamsters are also not for adults who do not dare have a cat or a dog, hamsters need a caregiver who takes their needs seriously, who respects their desire for peace and retirement during the day and who does not bother the noise at night, it is when they are full of energy and scamper around the cage.

Even if you are one of those people who does not need much sleep, you should not put the hamster cage in your bedroom. Unlike dogs or cats, these animals do not need closeness, when buying one you must give it adaptation time, so that it knows its surroundings and trusts you, you will be able to bring your hand to smell it but do not force it to love you by touching it from the beginning.
I personally had a Russian Hamster named Arrow, he was a beauty, super intelligent, but at first it was difficult to gain his trust and let me touch him, but after a month and a half he was no longer afraid of my hand on the cage, he let me hold him for short periods of time and he liked to run my body on the floor, like I was a mountain that I had to cross or something hahaha.
That's Him :)
I left his cage open at night to run around the apartment, but I did not have it in my room but in the living room so that the noise it made did not disturb me at dawn, if he like a specific place of the house will make a nest with food, since it is their way of saying that they are comfortable there and it is a safe area for them.

If you like pets, and you can't have a dog or cat around where you live, hamsters are a great choice. They are smart, playful, and quite friendly but keep in mind that hamsters are nocturnal animals, they sleep during the day and are active at night, you just have to keep it with toys to keep them busy.

SNOWPIERCER!

Hello beautiful people, how are you doing? Today I want to talk to you about “Snowpiercer”, a Korean film shot in English, directed by the genius Bong Joon-ho and written by Kelly Masterson.

Bong Joon-ho is a South Korean film director and screenwriter. His film works include Memories Of Murder (2003), The Host (2006) and the science fiction action film Snowpiercer (2013); these last two are among the highest grossing films of all time in South Korea.

In 2017, Metacritic ranked Bong Joon-ho at # 13 on his list of the 25 Best Film Directors of the 21st Century as his films feature awkward themes, dark humor, and sudden mood swings, a perfect mix that doesn't you see a lot today.

In 2019, his film Parasite won the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival and the Oscar for Best Film at the Academy Awards the same year, making it the first non-English-speaking film to win the category. But I will talk about this majesty in another post, ok, back to Snowpiercer

DEVELOPMENT

During the production of The Host in late 2004 in Hongdae Seoul, Bong visited a comic shop he used to frequent where he met Jean-Marc Rochette, one of the French cartoonists who is the author of the graphic novel "Le Transperceneige". After reading the comics he was fascinated to see how a group of people struggled for survival in cars classified by social status. Bong showed his directing partners Park Chan-wook the complete works and in 2005, the producer Moho Films acquired the rights for the film adaptation.
They say that it only takes 10 minutes to know if a movie is worth it, if in those minutes you are already thinking about something else, then there is nothing to do. Well, with Snowpiercer you don't need 10 minutes because after 5 minutes you are already caught in the plot and you do not even want to move to not miss anything.

SYNOPSIS

In 2014, an attempt to counter global warming through climate engineering is counterproductive, causing an ice age and extinguishing almost all life. The only human survivors are in the Snowpiercer, a massive train that travels the entire world at high speed without ever stopping to avoid freezing and preserve the lives of its passengers created by the transport magnate and inventor, Wilford.

By 2031, elites inhabit the flamboyant front wagons, enjoying all the luxuries and privileges, while the "scum" inhabits the tail in sordid and brutal conditions under the watchful eye of Wilford's guards; something we could relate to in this society.

This film features Chris Evans, Tilda Swinton, Ah-sung Ko, Jamie Bell, Song Kang-ho, Ed Harris, Octavia Spencer, Sir John Hurt, and a cameo by Jean-Marc Rochette himself (author of the novel on which the film was based).

I like Science fiction because, in the world of imagination, anything goes and, with the proper justification, even the most unthinkable, manages to make sense within a suitable framework. In this case, the class struggle can reach an expression as epic and emotional as it is dark and perverse. It is a crazy techno punk story in which you can discover something as evident as the commandment that we citizens respect, because things are like this and thus we have been told "each one in his place" (the first in front and the others behind).

All great actors, excellent direction, impressive visuals and an exact soundtrack result in a magnificent film that without prejudice and without fear is launched to tell an unusual, dramatic story, full of nuances, analogies, ulterior motives and interpretations.

Those who have not had the opportunity to see it, I say that you are missing something incredible, something you have not seen before and that will make you enjoy every second.

Trailer of the movie:

There is the series based on the movie and it is on Netflix, but personally I am not a fan of it, I feel that the narrative is a bit confusing and lthe show lost the symbolism that both the Rochette novel and the Bong Joon-ho movie have .

Anyway, the invitation is to look for this movie, watch it, digest it and give it a critique and if you want to watch the series, we can also discuss it.

XOXO Li.

MONSTA X!

Hello beautiful people, how are you doing with the quarantine? What are you doing to not get bored?

Today I come to talk to you about music, specifically a band from the world of K-Pop, MONSTA X or 몬스타 엑스 (monseuta-ekseu) in Korea, モ ン ス タ ー ・ エ ッ ク ス (Monsutā ekkusu) in Japan.

MONSTA X: "MON" means "my" in French, "STA" means "star" in English, and "X" refers to the variable existence. Therefore, the name means "My existing star".

CAREER

Pre-Debut

They became known through the project "NO.MERCY", a reality survival show from 10-Diciembre-2014 to 11-Febrero-2015, produced by Mnet and Starship Entertainment to choose the members of the new boy group of the company "Starship Entertainment". The program had the participation of 12 trainees: JooHeon, WonHo, Shownu, KiHyun, HyungWon, MinHyuk, KwangJi, YooSu, MinKyun, YoonHo, #GUN & SeokWon.

The tests were designed to bring out the dance, singing and performance talents of the participants, as a prize the team or the winning participant had the opportunity to publish a single or collaboration with the guest artist. Among the singles released during the program are: Who are You? from YoonHo and SeokWon, Pillow from Soyou and Giriboy with Kihyun and Coach Me from San E and Hyorin with JooHeon.

On January 28th, in the 8th episode of the show, after the fifth participant in the competition was eliminated, I.M a young rapper raised abroad, was introduced as the new trainee who would join "NO.MERCY" to fight for a position in the new male group.

MONSTA X CONSOLIDATION

After their debut, the group managed to consolidate with the single Beautiful, a theme included in The Clan Pt.2.5: The Final Chapter.

A few months later the mini album The Code was published, whose main theme was DRAMARAMA. The video for this theme alludes to time travel and is a storyteller like the videos for All In and Shine Forever, this one focuses on the life of each character and the events that connect them.

The group returned in March 2018, with The Connect: Dejavu, an album that continues with the science fiction concept presented in The Code, the main theme of the new album was Jealousy, a song with a marked sensual and passionate style, that impressed the fans. The video was released on March 26th, 2018 and currently has over 29 million views.

After this we were amazed with Take.1 Are You There a complete album with a powerful adrenaline-packed single Shoot Out, an intense choreography and a somewhat “sinful” message. It achieved #7 on the Billboard 200 chart.

Take.2 We Are Here was released on February 18th, 2019 and it's a continuation of Take.1 Are You There, kind of like the answer you thought you didn't needed but that you expected, it reached #4 on the Billboard 200 chart.

MONSTA X IN THE UNITED STATES

After the world tours, the band received a lot of attention in the country, thus participating in television programs, interviews for news channels, radio programs and even took part in the famous iHeartRadio “Jingle Ball Tour”.

Monsta X is one of the K-Pop bands that knows how to transmit a message through their songs, they are geniuses when it comes to putting together the concept on their albums, having visuals and choreographies that express the lyrics and melody, they have earned the love and respect of all the fans worldwide, and despite the fact that one of its members decided to leave the group due to a problem, they have not stopped surprising and being magnificent.

If you still do not dare to listen to them, I recommend you do so, you will not be disappointed.

SURRENDER YOUR LOVE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS!

Hello beautiful people, are you ready for a new entry today?

I bring you two famous sagas: "The Surrender Your Love Trilogy" and "The No Exceptions series" both written by J.C Reed.

J.C. Reed is a bestselling author of "USA Today", "Wall Street Journal", and "New York Times". She is best known for writing romantic contemporary romances that have a touch of suspense and mystery. Growing up in Wyoming, he always loved books and read anything he found at home or in the public library. However, as she grew older, she discovered that historical romances dominated her and she read as many as she could.

What sets J.C. Reed apart from many other mysterious suspense writers is that she manages to accumulate so much intrigue, mystery, and investigation into her plots that the reader could never tell what will come next. One of his best plays, the "Surrender Your Love" series, takes such sudden turns and introduces such a wide variety of characters that they create a gripping anticipation.

In these two series, the author focuses on Brooke and Jett, two lovers in a continuous relationship full of tension. Brooke Stewart lives a life of deep anguish and pain having been betrayed by the man she once deeply loved. Trying to rebuild his life, she meets Jett Mayfield, who is sexy, arrogant, dangerously handsome, and nothing but trouble. Jett has never been someone who accepts a rejection and although he thinks that Brooke is just another one of his conquests; he soon discovers that he can't get enough of it.

Nothing more with that advance is more than enough to want to spend an entire weekend with a blanket, a hot tea and these books in your hand and be transported to the world of J.C Reed, where romance predominates, tempered by revenge, the betrayal and uncertainty.

Normally I have trouble digesting "instant love" because we know that in real life doesn't happen, but in this case it is not love, nor affection, but rather a desire and physical attraction, without any kind of feelings that then becomes entangled and resulting in very strong feelings of love. In addition to that in this saga we see how Brooke is the one who has problems to commit herself romantically when it is normally the men who flee down the hills in a romantic situation.

An excellent story of a man who made mistakes he regrets and a woman who cannot find in his heart to forgive him, J.C. Reed presents two lives that will change and will change again as more secrets come to light.

Reading order for "Surrender Your Love"
  1. Tresuare Your Love
  2. Conquer Your Love
  3. Surrender Your Love
Reading order for "No Exceptions"
  1. The Lover's Secret
  2. The Lover's Game
  3. The Lover's Promise
  4. The Lover's Surrender
I will leave here the links for both series.

LOVE DEATH + ROBOTS!

Hello beautiful people, happy Monday!

Today I bring you a series from Netflix that I really liked when I saw it, it is called LOVE DEATH + ROBOTS and it is an original animated anthology from Netflix, it is classified for people over 18 for its explicit violent content and sex scenes. These are science fiction stories about love, death, and robots as their name suggests, the first season has 18 episodes and was released on March 15th, 2019.

This first animated short story anthology comes from the partnership between David Fincher who has worked on Netflix for a few years with "House of Cards" and "Mindhunter", and Tim Miller, director of "Deadpool" and founder of Blur Studio, who specializes in Animation and special effects. This synergy brings artistic and aesthetic uniformity to the project without altering the originality or the essence of the short films with totally different graphics, universes, settings and characters.

According to Netflix, in the 18 shorts we will see "dairy products with feelings, soldier werewolves, revolting robots, garbage monsters, bounty hunter cyborg, alien spiders and bloodthirsty demons of hell", all with innovative language and high doses of black mood.

“Love, Death & Robots is my dream project, it combines my passion for animation and the most incredible stories. Night sitting movies, comics, books, and science fiction magazines that have inspired me for decades, but have always been relegated to a more geek culture. I am excited that the current landscape has matured enough for adult animation to be part of a much broader creative conversation.” Tim Miller

It is certainly a successful mix of visuals, science fiction, humor, and fantasy. You can't miss it, watch it now and tell me which of the 18 episodes was your favorite?

DEATH NOTE!

Hello beautiful people, Sunday of Anime!! let's start...

I guess everyone has already heard of "Death Note", and if not, I will gladly introduce it. Death note is a manga written by Tsugumi Ōba and illustrated by Takeshi Obata, published since December 2003 by the Shūeisha publishing house in the Japanese weekly magazine Shōnen Jump until May 2006, the manga had a total of one hundred and eight chapters collected in twelve volumes.

It also had its adaptation to an Anime series which was directed by Tetsurō Araki, animated by Madhouse and produced by the Japanese companies Nippon Television, Shūeisha, D.N. Dream Partners and VAP, began airing in Japan on October 3rd 2006 until its end on June 26th 2007 with a total of thirty-seven episodes of about twenty-three minutes each. It also has several films in live action and video games.

THE ANIME

Death Note tells the story of Light Yagami, an exceptional high school student who finds a mysterious notebook which belongs to a god of death (Shinigami) who responds to the name of Ryuk.

The power of this supernatural notebook allows you to end people's lives, the way you want, you just have to write it and it will happen. Of course, there are certain rules stipulated for that to happen:
  1. The human whose name is written in this notebook will die.

  2. This notebook will not take effect unless the person writing on it has the person's face in their mind when writing their name. In this way, people who share the same name will not be affected.

  3. If the cause of death is written within 40 seconds after typing the person's name, it will happen.

  4. If the cause of death is not specified, the person will simply die of a heart attack.

  5. After writing the cause of death, the details of death should be written in the next 6 minutes 40 seconds.
Taking all this into account, Yagami Light will feel empowered to make his ideals come true, end crime and have the mastery of justice that neither the police possess, his thought of creating a perfect, pure world, without crimes or threats will be reflected in the moment he is given the opportunity to use the Death Note.

As we delve into the plot, we are introduced to L a very peculiar detective, with an immeasurable taste for sweets and a brilliant mind, who seems to be the only one who can follow Light's lead; We also have Amane Misa, a young actress, who falls madly in love not only with light's physique but with his mind and who, by sharing the same ideals, teams up with him to help him fulfill his wish.

SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCES WITH THE MANGA

Although the anime covered the manga in a very good way, I also simplify the complexity of it a bit.

One of the changes is seen after the death of KIRA, the world has become chaotic and disorganized again and the police of the anti-KIRA squad even go so far as to wonder if they did well to eliminate it.

We also have that in the manga there was a "eraser" of a Shinigami that could revive those executed by the Death Note just by deleting their names from the notebook, but this was not carried out in the anime as it would have complicated the plot a bit.

In the anime, when KIRA is going to die, he is terrified because the users of the Death Note cannot go to heaven or hell; However, in the manga, Ryuk reveals to him that neither heaven nor hell really exist, which is a false story that the Shinigami use so that humans fear using them, something that he had already deduced.

For me it is an anime that everyone should see at least once, since despite having fantastic elements, it leaves you thinking about justice systems, the social order and the irrefutable consequences of taking justice into your own hands. It makes you reevaluate your ethics by evaluating the weight of deciding on the lives of other people, not seeing the full picture of imposing an action of justice, which can favor many but not many others. And the big question, if it happened to you? would you do it?

LIVE ACTION MOVIES

The live-action genre welcomed Light and company with open arms. The first two films (Death Note and Death Note: The Last Name) were directed by Shūsuke Kaneko, while the third (L Change the World) was the work of Hideo Nakata. Taking actor Tatsuya Fujiwara in the role of Light Yagami in all three installments.

We continue with part of the original cast, in this second installment we have Misa who is saved by a shinigami and "blessed" with a Death note, helping Light a lot by taking away the suspicions they had about him, committing crimes in the name of KIRA, the plot unfolds until the imminent death of KIRA and that of Detective L.

The third film, called "L change the world", was released in Japan on February 9th, 2008; This one focuses on L, where important personality traits are shown.
