LOVE DEATH + ROBOTS!

Hello beautiful people, happy Monday!

Today I bring you a series from Netflix that I really liked when I saw it, it is called LOVE DEATH + ROBOTS and it is an original animated anthology from Netflix, it is classified for people over 18 for its explicit violent content and sex scenes. These are science fiction stories about love, death, and robots as their name suggests, the first season has 18 episodes and was released on March 15th, 2019.

This first animated short story anthology comes from the partnership between David Fincher who has worked on Netflix for a few years with "House of Cards" and "Mindhunter", and Tim Miller, director of "Deadpool" and founder of Blur Studio, who specializes in Animation and special effects. This synergy brings artistic and aesthetic uniformity to the project without altering the originality or the essence of the short films with totally different graphics, universes, settings and characters.

According to Netflix, in the 18 shorts we will see "dairy products with feelings, soldier werewolves, revolting robots, garbage monsters, bounty hunter cyborg, alien spiders and bloodthirsty demons of hell", all with innovative language and high doses of black mood.

“Love, Death & Robots is my dream project, it combines my passion for animation and the most incredible stories. Night sitting movies, comics, books, and science fiction magazines that have inspired me for decades, but have always been relegated to a more geek culture. I am excited that the current landscape has matured enough for adult animation to be part of a much broader creative conversation.” Tim Miller

It is certainly a successful mix of visuals, science fiction, humor, and fantasy. You can't miss it, watch it now and tell me which of the 18 episodes was your favorite?

XOXO Li.
